Terms and conditions

1. Participation Cancellation Policy

Once registering for the term, the participant is bound to the class location, class group and class time specified in their booking. In the event that a participant can not attend class Lullaland is unable to offer refunds. If you have registered for the wrong class, Lullaland will do its best to move you however there is no guarantee.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:

If you cannot attend a class, as a gesture of goodwill and with prior notice (at least 24 hours ahead of the booked class time) Lullaland will try and accommodate you in the same class at a different location. This is not guaranteed and will only be offered when there is class capacity in the alternative locations. Please note, makeup classes may be more difficult to accommodate at this time due to class capacities being limited.

GIFT A CLASS POLICY:

Alternatively, participants can gift their space to a friend with a similar-aged child. Lullaland’s ‘Gift a class’ policy can only be redeemed for the date and time of the class that you cannot attend. This needs to be pre-arranged by emailing contact@lullalandsensory.ca (Winnipeg) and ottawa@lullalandsensory.ca (Ottawa) cc’ing the person you are gifting to or providing their contact information so Lullaland can contact the guest and have them agree to the T&Cs prior to attending.
